Neville calls leaks unacceptable
Says it is the "biggest betrayal"WHAT HAPPENED?
The former England defender was referencing recent reports that have emanated from the United camp. Following allegations of tensions in the dressing room between Erik ten Hag and the players, United banned reporters from four different media outlets from attending a press conference on Tuesday. The club was upset that they were not granted the "right to reply," and Ten Hag categorically refuted the contents of the reports. Neville has now made it clear how angry he's become at seeing the leaks from his former club.

Neville told podcast: "The biggest betrayal you can have in a football dressing room is when players or players' representatives are going to the media to undermine the manager and other players in your dressing room.
"Honestly, that is unforgivable. For me, I concentrated when I heard these stories on 'here we go again, they're going to try and get another manager sacked', 'another group of players thrown out', and you know it's happening and that it's been fed.
"I thought, 'Stop winging, shut your mouths, work as hard as you can, and the day after, come back and do it again' – that's it. I have some sympathy with them at the moment and how it is at the club, the continuing poor recruitment, negativity, lack of sporting department. I've given them a pretty easy ride – but I have no sympathy at all for them if they are leaking stories or if they are being late."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Speculation continues to rage about the futures of several Manchester United players. The Red Devils are believed to be willing to listen to offers for veterans Raphael Varane and Casemiro along with Jadon Sancho. The winger has already been exiled from the first-team after falling out with Ten Hag.
WHAT NEXT FOR MANCHESTER UNITED?
Alongside the clear-out of players, the club is also set to undergo a minority takeover by INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who is set to purchase 25% of the Glazer family's stake in the club. The British millionaire will surely be hoping he can lead the club back to their prime.
